Privacy Policy for Gem Forge: Match & Mine

Gem Forge: Match & Mine ("the App") is developed and operated by Raccoon Swag Studio ("we", "us" or "our"). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the App stores, what the services it uses collect, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account or registration, and we do not run our own servers that collect your personal data.

Game data kept on your device: your player name, scores, coins, level progress, collection, saved games, settings and a local leaderboard are stored only on your device. We never receive them.
Advertising data: the App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and information about your device and how you interact with ads, to serve and measure ads.
Purchase data: in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, your purchase history for the App and basic device information so that purchases can be verified and restored. We do not receive your payment details.
Notifications: if you allow them, reminders (for example when your daily bonus is ready) are scheduled and shown by your device. They do not use a server.

2. How the Information Is Used

To run the game, keep your progress and show your results.
To show advertisements, including ads you choose to watch for a reward.
To process, verify and restore purchases.

3. Consent and Your Choices

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent for ads through Google's consent message before ads are requested. You can review or change your choice at any time in the App under Settings, Privacy options. In other regions you can limit ad personalisation in your device's settings (for Android: Settings, Google, Ads), and you can reset or delete your advertising ID there.

Your game data stays on your device until you delete it by clearing the App's storage or uninstalling the App. Data held by AdMob, Google Play and RevenueCat is governed by their policies; you can contact them, or us, to ask about it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data held about you, such as access, correction, deletion and objection. Because we do not hold your personal data ourselves, requests usually need to be made to the service concerned. You can also contact us and we will help where we can.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps.
